Introduction

Effective Basic Services (eBASE) Africa invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply  poultry farming products for beneficiaries under the project “Wakka Inclusive Njangi – Empowering Families of Persons with Disabilities,” aimed at strengthening the economic resilience of persons with disabilities, their families, and caregivers through inclusive livelihood support and small business development.

Scope of Supply

The successful bidder will be required to:

• 680 3 weeks old chicks
• 68 bags of feed
• 51 Drinkers
• 51 sachets of medication
• 85 feeders
• 17 pair of boots
• 17 overalls
• 34 electric bulbs
• 34 10-liter of buckets
• 17 water preserver containers with lid
• 34 liter of Lacroix(Containers of 1 liter)
• 51 bags of sawdust 

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must submit:

• Company registration documents
• Valid taxpayer identification number
• Evidence of similar supplies (references or contracts)
• Warranty details for the products
• Company profile                                                                                                                                                         

Submission Tender

Completed tender documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Tender for Procurement of Poultry Production Inputs and Equipment", and delivered before the closing date and time to the following address:
