Description of Work:
eBASE Africa hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified consultants for the provision of consultancy services for the supply, customization, implementation, and support of an accounting software solution.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Assessment of eBASE accounting and financial management requirements
- Recommendation of a suitable accounting software solution
- Software customization and configuration
- Data migration and system integration
- User training and capacity building
- Post-implementation support and maintenance
Eligibility Criteria:
- Registered accounting, ICT, or business consulting firm
- Proven experience in accounting software implementation projects
- Availability of qualified technical and financial experts
- Financial capacity to deliver the consultancy services
- Compliance with applicable professional, labor, and data protection regulations
Tender Documents:
The attached Terms of Reference (ToR) which constitutes the Expression of Needs, forms part of this invitation to Tender and provides detailed requirements for the procurement.
Submission of Tenders:
Completed tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked: “Tender for Consultancy for Accounting Software Implementation” and delivered to the following address by the closing date and time.

Evaluation and Notification:
All tenders received for this service will be reviewed by eBASE. Successful and unsuccessful bidders will be formally communicated within five (5) business days after the closing date for submission of tenders.
