Call for Tender: Supply of Pig Farming Inputs and Equipment

Effective Basic Services Africa (eBASE Africa) invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply of pig farming inputs and equipment for beneficiaries of the Wakka Inclusive Njangi – Empowering Families of Persons with Disabilities Project in Ngoumou, Mefou and Akono Division, Centre Region of Cameroon.
Background
The Wakka Inclusive Njangi Project aims to strengthen the economic resilience of persons with disabilities, their families, and caregivers through inclusive livelihood support and small business development. Beneficiaries have received training in business planning, basic financial management, digital skills, and the practical use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve business visibility, decision-making, and market engagement. As part of this support, selected beneficiaries pursuing pig farming will receive start-up kits and essential farming equipment.
Scope of Supply
The successful bidder will be required to supply:
- 10 piglets
- 20 bags of pig feed
- Veterinary products (vitamins, dewormers, and iron supplements)
- Cement feeding troughs
- Shovels
- Work overalls
- Rubber boots
- Work gloves
- Buckets (5L and 10L with lids)
- Disinfectants
Eligibility Requirements
Interested suppliers must submit:
- Company registration documents
- Valid taxpayer identification number
- Evidence of similar experience (references or contracts)
- Product warranty details
- Company profile

Evaluation
All bids will be evaluated by eBASE Africa. Both successful and unsuccessful bidders will be formally notified within the stipulated period following the submission deadline.
