CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

1.  Background

eBASE Africa is pleased to invite expressions of interest (EOI) from organizations, academic institutions, storytellers, civil society organizations, and evidence communities interested in partnering with us on the Brighter Future Grant Project, funded by the JBI.

This bold, innovative two-year project seeks to bridge the gap between evidence producers and users, especially patients and underserved communities, through a combination of evidence-based research and traditional African storytelling, in a systematic approach known as Evidence Tori Dey (ETD). This approach demonstrates the coming together of a river of science and a river of stories (The Comings of the Two Rivers). This is achieved through the use of creative methods such as dance, music, and poetry, which resonate with community members while making science accessible
